For general health, education and support are empowerment! The This is My Body movement is just that--- education and support for all your general medical questions. Whether it be obesity, diabetes, heart disease, depression, reproduction or chronic pain, healing is easier with understanding of the disease process. TIMB curriculums can be done alone but are designed to be part of group patient care visits to promote community and accountability.
An important division of TIMB is K-12th Sex Education. Based on both science and Theology, the GUFY ("Given u for YOU") programs offer sex education for the body, intellect, will, and spirit.
